On October 16, 2025 White Oak Bayou Wetlands Conservancy held its first annual fundraiser, Taste of the Boulevard, at Venue 10 and raised over $45,000 to fund the development of a Public Wetlands Park on White Oak Bayou in the 72113 zip code area of Maumelle and North Little Rock. There is currently no public access to White Oak Bayou in the 72113 area of the Bayou. In order to purchase a Kayak launch/dock, build a trail making it accessible to the public, and install a rent-a-kayak machine, our Phase I development goal is $150,000.
